Kurt Angle recently hosted another Q&A session for fans on Facebook, and once again stuck around to answer a ton of different questions, his run on New Japan Pro-Wrestling, the infamous chokeslam from Big Show off a balcony, and much more. Check out some of the highlights below:
In short, Big Show went to chokeslam me, then we cut the shot. My brother Eric replaced me for the stunt since I had a broken neck again. They put a crash pad on the floor which was 15 feet below. Very dangerous. My brother took it like a champ.
Winning the WWE championship the first time during my rookie year against the Rock. I had so much fun back then.
Being the best. It’s what everyone strives for. Whether I was or wasn’t, I know up I’m there somewhere after my 20 years in WWE and TNA.
It was different, stiffer, shoot-style…my kind of wrestling. I loved it, it was a great experience. Especially working with Nagata, he was incredible.
Everyone treated me with respect. I had it pretty easy during a time when cruel ribs and pranks we’re occurring. It was tough back then.
Munster, cottage, and baby Swiss. I love cheese. And it’s made from milk, my all-time favorite.
